  • In this training, Didi will explain the theory of Rajadhiraj system of yoga, demonstrating the physiological energy and the psychological effects.
  • It will dive deep into the practices so that you will get into the poses safely and even teach others how to do them.
  • You will become aware of the wide range of human anatomical variations and recognize the concept of tension and compression.
  • You will discover a unique way of understanding your body to optimize the poses to benefit the intention.
  • You will feel the importance of breathing and practicing each movement consciously.
  • You will learn the theoretical aspect of body and mind relation as well as the scientific approach to yoga practices.

  • Q&A sessions are available on LIVE Online as needed.
  • Both written and practical assignments are given after each topic to evaluate the knowledge of the student and to ensure their utmost understanding of the course.
  • A Certification of Completion will be issued upon submission of all assignments.
  • The training hours are YACEP approved and can be used towards your Yoga Alliance RYT continuing education hours that is required every 3 years.
  • A certificate of completion from YACEP of Yoga Alliance will be given. YACEP stands for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program. For those who are a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (USA) they can also use these hours towards their CE (continuing education) training hours.
